  • Any damage to property, misconduct, or violations are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • Travellers must ensure timely arrival for transport, check-ins, and activities.

  • TravelAzadi is not liable for missed services due to delays caused by the customer.


7. TravelAzadi’s Responsibilities

  • Confirmed bookings as per your package

  • Responsible coordination with travel partners

However, TravelAzadi is not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, natural calamities, political events, or third-party failures

  • Loss of belongings, personal injuries, or travel interruptions

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
